  • Ji Yong Ho’s rubber mutants

Some of the most impressive sculptures I’ve seen lately are those made by Korean artist Ji Yong Ho. Using recycled tire rubber, the creatures he conjure up (and very fittingly call ‘mutants’) makes my skin crawl. Brilliant execution and exploration of material, and could be interpreted as a fun environmental statement.
